Right after Peter explained the premise of the Bluff the Listener round to the listener, the listener asked if Roxanne was on the panel. When it was confirmed, the listener stated that he didn't have to go through the "charade" and picked Roxanne. This is in reference the number of times where Roxanne's bluff is chosen due to the believability of her stories, even if those stories are not correct ones.
